Image CDN and Video CDN are now live: media straight in your layout

Images and video belong in your layout, not in a second tool. Starting today, you can upload, place, and deliver both directly in Laioutr Studio and Cockpit: Image CDN and Video CDN are live.

What is new

Until now, you often managed images and video in an external DAM or asset manager before adding them to your layout. That step is gone. With Image CDN and Video CDN, you upload media exactly where you build your storefront: in the layout of the CMS (Studio) and in the layout of the Cockpit. From there, you place it directly on your page.

Editor speed: no more tool switching

For you as a marketer or editor, this changes the day-to-day work most directly. Upload, place, live, all in one step. No jumping into an external DAM, no copying URLs between tools. You work in the same window where you already build your page.

Performance: your own CDN, worldwide

Image CDN and Video CDN run on our own CDN infrastructure. Assets are optimized and delivered fast worldwide, whether your customers are in Berlin, Austin, or Singapore.

All in one: part of your composable storefront

Image and video are now a full part of your composable storefront on the Frontend Management Platform (FMP), no longer tied to a third-party tool. Both services are EU-hosted and GDPR-compliant. You do not need an additional DAM to manage and deliver media.
