All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. Laioutr may change pricing with reasonable prior notice.

6. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time through your user dashboard or by contacting us at info@laioutr.com. Laioutr may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms, misuse the platform, or cause harm to other users or our infrastructure. Upon termination, your right to access the Services will immediately cease, and we may delete or deactivate your account and associated data, subject to legal retention requirements.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Laioutr GmbH does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or meet your expectations. Your use of the Services is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Laioutr GmbH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Services. In any case, Laioutr’s total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Laioutr in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
