commercetools Now Supports Claude Code, Cursor & Vercel v0

commercetools has officially listed Claude Code, Cursor, and Vercel v0 as supported tools for its enterprise commerce frontend stack. For teams building storefronts on commercetools, that means an AI coding agent can now scaffold a product page, a category page, or a campaign landing page in a short amount of time, complete with the API wiring into commercetools.

It is a plausible step in the evolution of agentic commerce, and it confirms a trend we have been watching for months: AI coding agents reliably solve the scaffolding problem on the frontend. What that shifts, though, is the question itself, not the underlying challenge.

A generated storefront skeleton is not a production-ready frontend layer. What decides the rest of the lifecycle is everything a coding agent typically does not ship with: stable Core Web Vitals across releases, brand consistency across multi-locale and multi-brand setups, maintainability for a team that will not look the same in two years, and a structure that stays readable for the next AI agent, too.
