What is Athos Commerce?

Athos Commerce is a headless commerce platform built for fashion and lifestyle retailers, providing product catalogue management, order processing, and inventory capabilities through an API-first architecture. It is designed for operators who need a commerce backend that handles the data structures specific to apparel and accessories, including size matrices, colour variants, and collection-based catalogue organisation, without requiring custom data model extensions.

How it works

Athos Commerce exposes product, order, and inventory data via APIs that a composable frontend layer consumes to render storefronts. On the Composable Headless Frontend, Laioutr maps Athos Commerce API responses to composable product listing and detail components. The Composable Digital Experience Platform layer then handles editorial content, campaign landing pages, and seasonal collection pages above the commerce data layer, managed through the visual editor. The B2C Growth Kit provides the campaign tooling for promotional pushes tied to Athos Commerce product data.

Athos Commerce with Laioutr

Athos Commerce is planned for the Laioutr App Store. Once available, it will provide a pre-built connector on the Composable Headless Frontend that maps Athos Commerce product data to Laioutr components, giving fashion and lifestyle operators a structured integration path without needing to build a custom API adapter.
