What is Bloomreach?

Bloomreach is a digital experience platform that combines search, merchandising, content management, and customer data capabilities. Its search and merchandising module applies machine learning to rank products and refine category pages based on conversion signals. The platform is used by commerce operators to manage both the discovery layer and the personalisation of product and content experiences across web and app touchpoints.

How it works

Bloomreach integrates with a commerce backend via API to ingest the product catalogue and behavioural events, then returns ranked results and personalised content through its own APIs. On the Agentic Frontend Management Platform, the Bloomreach response feeds into composable product listing and search components, which editors configure through the Personalization interface. The B2C Growth Kit provides the campaign scaffolding within which Bloomreach-driven search results and content recommendations are surfaced to specific audience segments.

Bloomreach with Laioutr

Bloomreach is planned for the Laioutr App Store. Once available, it will connect to the Personalization module and to B2C Growth Kit campaign logic, enabling commerce teams to orchestrate search ranking, content recommendations, and storefront layouts from a unified editorial workflow in Laioutr.
