What is Brevo?
Brevo (formerly Sendinblue) is a CRM and marketing automation platform, categorised as crm-marketing-email, offering email, SMS, and transactional messaging alongside contact management.
How it works
It syncs customer and contact data through an API, sends triggered and broadcast campaigns based on list segments and behavioural events, and tracks engagement at the contact level.
Brevo with Laioutr
Brevo is coming soon to the Laioutr App Store. Once available, it will connect to the Composable Digital Experience Platform to align CRM data with Content Management workflows, and will support the Personalization capability for audience-based content targeting.
