What is CCM19?

CCM19 is a consent management platform developed in Germany that manages cookie consent, data processing agreements, and privacy notice delivery for websites operating under GDPR. It provides a configurable consent banner, a consent log, and an IAB TCF-compliant signal for ad tech integrations. The platform is self-hostable or available as a managed service, with EU-based infrastructure and documentation in German and English.

How it works

CCM19 integrates with a frontend by loading its consent script in the page head, intercepting third-party tag execution until the visitor grants the corresponding consent category. On the Composable Digital Experience Platform, the CCM19 consent state is consumed by the tag management layer so that analytics, personalisation, and marketing tags activate only within their granted consent scope. The WCAG Ready module in Laioutr ensures that the consent banner itself meets accessibility standards, so that consent collection does not introduce accessibility violations.

CCM19 is planned for the Laioutr App Store. Once available, it will provide a pre-configured consent layer that connects to the Composable Digital Experience Platform tag management and to the WCAG Ready accessibility checks, giving teams operating under GDPR a compliant, accessible consent flow without custom implementation work.
