How it works

EverAfter is planned for the Laioutr App Store as an integration connecting customer success workflows to the broader Composable Digital Experience Platform. Content Management capabilities feed portal resources directly from the content layer, keeping documentation and guides in sync with what is live on the storefront. Once available, success teams can build and update client portals without duplicating content across systems.

The Personalization capability allows EverAfter portals to surface the right resources based on customer segment, product tier, or onboarding stage.
