What is Fasoo?

Fasoo is an enterprise document security and digital rights management platform. It controls access to sensitive documents through persistent encryption, usage policies, and audit logs that follow the document regardless of where it is shared or stored. Organisations in regulated sectors use it to enforce data handling policies on files that leave internal systems.

How it works

Fasoo is planned for the Laioutr App Store as an integration connecting document security controls to the Content Management capability. Assets delivered through the Composable Digital Experience Platform, such as gated whitepapers or compliance documents, can carry Fasoo's persistent rights policies. Once available, content teams can publish secured assets through Laioutr's delivery layer without stripping the access controls that Fasoo applies at the document level.

The Content Management capability on the Composable Digital Experience Platform handles routing, discovery, and presentation of published assets. Fasoo covers the security layer: who can open the document, for how long, and what actions are permitted. Together they allow organisations to publish protected content to the web without building a custom access management integration.
