What is FlippingBook?

FlippingBook is a digital publication platform that converts PDF catalogues, brochures, and reports into interactive page-flip documents for web and mobile. It retains the visual layout of the original PDF while adding navigation, search, and link embedding, making it suited for product catalogues, annual reports, and digital marketing materials that teams want to publish without rebuilding content as web pages.

How it works

FlippingBook is planned for the Laioutr App Store as an integration embedding its publication viewer within the Composable Digital Experience Platform. Product catalogues managed through the Content Management capability can link to or embed FlippingBook publications, giving visitors an in-page document experience without leaving the storefront. Once available, teams can publish updated catalogues in FlippingBook and have the embedded viewer reflect changes without updating the surrounding page in Laioutr.

The Multi-Brand and Multi-Market capability allows a single FlippingBook publication workflow to serve multiple regional storefronts, with localised catalogue content embedded into the correct market page via the Content Management layer. This reduces the overhead of managing separate publication instances per market when the layout and brand are shared and only the product selection or copy differs.
