What is Frontstack?

Frontstack is a CMS and frontend tooling platform categorised under CMS. It provides a structured content authoring environment combined with frontend delivery tooling designed for teams building composable digital experiences. Its positioning targets teams that want tight editorial control alongside a developer-friendly content API without the overhead of a traditional monolithic CMS.

How it works

Frontstack combines a content modelling and authoring back office with a headless API layer that exposes structured content for frontend consumption. Content models are defined by developers and then made available to editors through a constrained, user-friendly authoring interface. The API output is structured to align with common frontend rendering patterns used by React and Vue-based frameworks.

Frontstack with Laioutr

Frontstack is planned for the Laioutr App Store. The integration targets editorial teams who want to use Frontstack's Content Management capabilities as a content source within a Composable Visual Page Builder workflow managed by Laioutr. Once available, Frontstack content can be consumed directly by the Laioutr frontend layer, enabling teams to build and iterate on page layouts within the Composable Digital Experience Platform without requiring manual API wiring between the two systems.
