What is Gainsight?

Gainsight is a customer success platform that aggregates product usage data, health scores, and engagement signals to help customer success teams manage accounts proactively. It provides automated playbooks, survey tooling, and in-app engagement features so teams can act on customer health data without manually pulling reports from multiple sources.

How it works

Gainsight is planned for the Laioutr App Store as an integration connecting customer health signals to the Personalization capability. Account health scores and lifecycle stage data from Gainsight can inform which content, offers, or guided experiences a logged-in user sees on the Composable Digital Experience Platform. Once available, customer success and marketing teams can align on a single account-level data source that shapes both the success workflow and the on-site experience.

Gainsight with Laioutr

The Content Management capability allows Gainsight health signals to trigger contextual content blocks, such as onboarding guides for new accounts or expansion prompts for accounts near a product usage threshold. Personalisation on the Composable Digital Experience Platform uses the same account data that Gainsight's playbooks act on, closing the gap between what the success team knows and what the customer sees.
