Glassbox
What is Glassbox?
Glassbox is a digital experience analytics platform that captures complete session data, including user interactions, network requests, and rendering events, without requiring manual event tagging. It provides session replay, funnel analysis, and struggle detection to help teams identify where users encounter friction, drop off, or face technical errors during their visit.
How it works
Glassbox is planned for the Laioutr App Store as an integration connecting its session capture to the analytics layer of the Agentic Frontend Management Platform. Performance and Core Web Vitals data from Laioutr's frontend are correlated with Glassbox session events to show whether a slow LCP or layout shift is causing measurable user abandonment. Once available, engineering and UX teams can view the technical performance metric and the behavioural consequence in the same diagnostic session.
Glassbox with Laioutr
The Agentic Frontend Management Platform's structured component model means Glassbox session data is tagged by component identity rather than generic DOM selectors, making funnel analysis precise down to the specific page section or interactive element. Performance and Core Web Vitals monitoring and Glassbox session replay operate on the same underlying event data, reducing the number of separate tools needed for a complete performance and experience audit.
