What is Heap?

Heap is a digital insights platform that automatically captures every user interaction on a web or mobile application without requiring manual event instrumentation. It stores a retroactive dataset of clicks, page views, form submissions, and custom interactions, allowing teams to define and analyse events after the fact without having to re-instrument to answer new questions.

How it works

Heap is planned for the Laioutr App Store as an integration connecting its retroactive event capture to the analytics layer of the Agentic Frontend Management Platform. Because Laioutr components follow a consistent structure, Heap's automatic capture produces clean, queryable event data mapped to component identity rather than arbitrary DOM paths. Once available, teams can retroactively define conversion funnels and engagement events covering the entire session history without additional tagging work.

Performance and Core Web Vitals data from the Agentic Frontend Management Platform adds the technical performance dimension to Heap's behavioural dataset. Teams can query Heap to identify sessions where a specific Core Web Vitals threshold was breached, then inspect those sessions to understand the behavioural impact, creating a direct connection between frontend performance metrics and user outcome data.
