What is Hello Retail?

It processes catalogue and behavioural data to generate recommendation widgets deployable on product pages, category listings, and the checkout flow.

How it works

Hello Retail is planned for the Laioutr App Store as an integration connecting its recommendation engine to the Personalization capability. On the Agentic Frontend Management Platform, Hello Retail feeds map to composable recommendation components that render without custom API proxy code. Once available, merchandisers can configure recommendation logic in Hello Retail and see those changes reflected in the Laioutr component layer without a separate frontend deployment.

Hello Retail's recommendation API slots into these patterns, and the Personalization capability ensures that each visitor's segment profile shapes which recommendation algorithm is active on their session, without requiring separate component variants per segment.
