What is Hygraph?

Hygraph is a headless, API-first content management system in the CMS category. It stores content as structured data and exposes it via a GraphQL Content API to any frontend or downstream service.

How it works

Content authors define schemas and manage entries through a web interface. The GraphQL API delivers content at query time with support for content staging, role-based permissions, and multi-locale fields.

Hygraph with Laioutr

Hygraph is planned for the Laioutr App Store. Once available, it will feed structured content directly into the Content Management layer in Laioutr. Editors working in the Composable Visual Page Builder can reference Hygraph entries without leaving the frontend context, and the integration slots into a broader Composable Digital Experience Platform without custom transformation code.
