What is Inxmail?

Inxmail is an email marketing platform oriented toward transactional and newsletter campaigns for mid-market and enterprise senders. It handles list management, template rendering, delivery infrastructure, and reporting within a single system. Inxmail is particularly used in DACH markets and positions itself around deliverability reliability and data sovereignty, with hosting options that comply with European data protection requirements.

How it works

Inxmail connects to a commerce or CRM backend via API or file-based data exchange, pulling subscriber data, purchase events, and content variables to populate personalised email templates. Within a Composable Digital Experience Platform setup, Inxmail receives content signals from the Content Management layer, meaning that campaign copy and product imagery managed in the CMS can flow directly into email layouts without manual duplication. The Personalization module supplies audience segmentation data that Inxmail applies to list selection.

Inxmail with Laioutr

Inxmail is planned for the Laioutr App Store. Once available, it will synchronise with the Content Management layer so that content maintained in Laioutr's CMS is available as variables in Inxmail templates. This reduces the manual step of duplicating web content for email campaigns and keeps campaign messaging consistent with what appears on the storefront.
