What is Kissmetrics?

Kissmetrics is a customer analytics platform built around person-level tracking rather than page-level session data. It ties behavioral events to individual user identities across sessions and devices, enabling product and marketing teams to analyse conversion funnels, cohort retention, and revenue attribution at the individual customer level. The platform supports both SaaS products and e-commerce properties.

How it works

Kissmetrics is planned for the Laioutr App Store. Once available, person-level behavioral data from interactions on Laioutr-managed frontends can be streamed to Kissmetrics for identity-resolved funnel and cohort analysis. Within the Agentic Frontend Management Platform, this creates a feedback loop between frontend performance metrics from Performance and Core Web Vitals tracking and individual-level engagement data from Kissmetrics.
