Mixpanel
What is Mixpanel?
Mixpanel is a product analytics platform that tracks user actions, funnel progressions, and retention patterns at the event level. Unlike page-view-centric analytics tools, Mixpanel centres on user-level event streams, making it possible to correlate specific frontend interactions with downstream conversion outcomes. This granularity supports Performance and Core Web Vitals analysis tied to real user behaviour.
How it works
Mixpanel receives events via a JavaScript SDK or server-side API, which teams instrument at component interaction points. Custom event schemas map to business actions such as product views, cart additions, and checkout steps. Reports and cohort analyses run directly in Mixpanel's interface. On the Agentic Frontend Management Platform, event firing can be configured per component variant, enabling A/B test instrumentation without custom analytics code per experiment.
Mixpanel with Laioutr
Mixpanel is planned for the Laioutr App Store. Once available, teams will be able to activate Mixpanel event tracking from the platform's integration panel and assign events to components without touching the underlying codebase.
