What is MoEngage?

MoEngage is a customer engagement platform that orchestrates cross-channel messaging across push notifications, email, SMS, in-app messages, and web push. It uses behavioural data to trigger campaigns at the right moment in the user lifecycle. This makes it applicable wherever Content Management and Personalization need to extend beyond the website into owned messaging channels.

How it works

MoEngage collects user events and attributes through an SDK or server-side integration, builds audience segments, and fires campaign logic based on trigger rules or scheduled sends. The Composable Digital Experience Platform can serve as the surface where MoEngage in-app and web push messages are rendered, keeping the messaging layer coordinated with the current page context and personalisation state.

MoEngage with Laioutr

MoEngage is planned for the Laioutr App Store. Once available, marketing teams will be able to connect MoEngage audience segments to frontend personalisation slots, ensuring that messaging on-site and off-site reflects the same user state without duplicating segment definitions.
