What is Optimove?

Optimove is a customer-led marketing platform in the CRM and marketing email category. It uses predictive customer models and AI to orchestrate personalized retention campaigns across email, SMS, push, and paid channels.

How it works

Optimove builds individual customer models from historical and real-time behavioral data. Campaign orchestration selects message, channel, and timing per customer segment. An experimentation layer measures campaign lift and feeds results back to refine future sends.

Optimove with Laioutr

Optimove is planned for the Laioutr App Store. Once available, it will link campaign audience data to the Personalization layer in Laioutr, allowing frontend components to reflect active campaign targeting. Content Management in Laioutr can be coordinated with Optimove campaign schedules, keeping on-site and off-site messaging consistent within the Composable Digital Experience Platform.
