What is Pixl8?

Pixl8 is a CMS and digital experience platform provider focused on membership organisations, associations, and publishers. Its Preside platform offers structured content management alongside tooling for events, membership data, and audience segmentation. Pixl8 is planned for the Laioutr App Store as a CMS integration for organisations managing complex audience and content relationships.

How it works

Preside by Pixl8 stores content in structured data objects rather than document-based records, which allows fine-grained access control and complex relational queries between content types. The API layer supports both REST and custom integrations. Once available, it will connect to the Composable Visual Page Builder so that editors working with membership or event content can compose and publish pages directly within Laioutr's visual layer, pulling structured records from Preside.

Within Laioutr, Pixl8 fills the Content Management role for organisations that need audience-aware publishing as part of their Composable Digital Experience Platform. Editorial teams can manage membership-gated content in Preside while using Laioutr's composable layer to control the frontend presentation, keeping content governance and visual composition in separate, clearly owned systems.
