What is PossibleNow?

PossibleNow is a consent and preference management platform that enables organisations to collect, centralise, and operationalise consumer consent and communication preferences across channels. It is designed for regulated industries where consent records must be auditable and enforceable across marketing, sales, and service touchpoints. PossibleNow is planned for the Laioutr App Store as a consent and privacy integration.

How it works

PossibleNow maintains a centralised consent database where every preference record is timestamped, sourced, and linked to a specific communication channel. Preference centres are configurable and can be embedded in customer-facing pages. Once available, it will connect to the Composable Digital Experience Platform so that consent and preference data can govern which content types and communication flows are triggered for a given visitor, without requiring manual synchronisation between the CMP and the frontend layer.

PossibleNow with Laioutr

Within Laioutr, PossibleNow works alongside the WCAG Ready capability to ensure that preference-driven content presentation meets both legal and accessibility standards. The integration allows teams building on the Composable Digital Experience Platform to surface preference centre components as composable modules, giving visitors control over their communication choices directly within the managed frontend experience.
