How it works

Sitefinity provides a module-based content architecture with role-based publishing workflows, multi-language support, and a REST API for headless content delivery. Content editors work within a structured page editor while developers access content via API for decoupled frontend rendering. Once available, it will connect to the Composable Visual Page Builder so that Sitefinity-managed content can be assembled and published through Laioutr's visual layer, decoupling the content repository from the frontend presentation.

Within Laioutr, Progress Software fills the Content Management role for organisations that already operate Sitefinity as their enterprise CMS within a Composable Digital Experience Platform. Teams can preserve their existing editorial governance in Sitefinity while using Laioutr's composable layer to modernise the frontend, without a full CMS migration.
