What is ProteusEngage?

ProteusEngage is a digital sales room and buyer enablement platform that allows sales teams to create personalised, shared workspaces where prospects can access relevant content, track deal progress, and collaborate with their vendor contacts. It is designed for complex B2B sales cycles where multiple stakeholders review content asynchronously. ProteusEngage is planned for the Laioutr App Store as a CRM and marketing integration.

How it works

ProteusEngage creates a dedicated micro-site per deal or account, populated with curated content, timelines, and mutual action plans. Activity within the workspace, including content views and comments, is captured and surfaced in CRM records. Once available, it will connect to the Composable Digital Experience Platform so that sales workspace content can be managed within the same editorial system used for marketing pages, and Personalization rules can tailor workspace content per account segment.

Within Laioutr, ProteusEngage extends the Content Management layer into the sales motion, allowing marketing-produced assets to flow directly into deal-specific workspaces without manual copy-paste. Teams can apply the same content governance, versioning, and Personalization logic used on public-facing pages to the private account workspaces created by ProteusEngage.
