What is REVIEWS.io?

REVIEWS.io is a customer review and ratings platform that collects, moderates, and displays verified product and store reviews. It supports structured data markup so that review scores appear in search engine results, contributing to organic click-through rates. The platform covers product reviews, seller ratings, and video testimonials, giving commerce teams a single source for user-generated social proof that can be surfaced at multiple points in the purchase journey.

How it works

REVIEWS.io exposes a REST API and embeddable widgets for rendering review content on product detail pages, category pages, and landing pages. Verified review requests are sent via email or SMS after a purchase event, pulling fulfilment data from the connected order management system. Within the Agentic Frontend Management Platform, review widgets load as composable components so editors can position them without engineering effort, while the Personalization engine can surface segment-specific review content based on product category or visitor profile.

REVIEWS.io with Laioutr

REVIEWS.io is planned for the Laioutr App Store. Once available, it will integrate with the Personalization layer and the B2C Growth Kit to make review content a configurable element in campaign layouts. Marketing teams will be able to place review widgets directly in the visual editor, targeting specific review sets to specific audience segments, without custom frontend development.
