SiteSpect
What is SiteSpect?
SiteSpect is an experimentation and personalisation platform that runs A/B tests and multivariate experiments at the network edge, without requiring JavaScript tag injection into page code. It modifies request and response traffic at the proxy layer, which means test variants load at full page speed and do not depend on a client-side script executing before the test is applied. The approach reduces flicker artefacts and keeps experiment logic separate from application code.
How it works
SiteSpect sits between the CDN and the origin server, intercepting HTTP traffic and applying variant rules defined in its campaign editor. Targeting conditions can reference cookies, URL patterns, device types, and request headers. Statistical analysis runs within the platform, producing significance readouts and segment-level breakdowns without exporting raw data to a third party. Campaign changes take effect without code deployments, which shortens iteration cycles for both developers and optimisation teams.
SiteSpect with Laioutr
SiteSpect is planned for the Laioutr App Store. Once available, it will add server-side A/B Testing to the Agentic Frontend Management Platform without introducing client-side script overhead. Teams that also use the Personalization capabilities can run concurrent experiments and personalisation rules through a single traffic control layer, keeping experiment isolation clean and results interpretable.
