What is Sooqr?

Sooqr is a site search and product recommendation solution built for mid-market e-commerce merchants. It provides instant search results, autocomplete, and personalised product suggestions from a single integrated service. The platform processes product catalogue data and visitor behaviour to rank results and recommendations by predicted relevance, and it supports multiple languages and custom synonym dictionaries out of the box.

How it works

Sooqr indexes product feeds on a scheduled or webhook-triggered basis and exposes a search and recommendation API that frontend developers integrate into search bars, category pages, and recommendation widgets. Relevance tuning is available through a management console where merchandising teams can configure pinning, exclusions, and synonym rules. Search analytics report query volumes, zero-result rates, and click-through breakdowns to guide catalogue and copy improvements.

Sooqr with Laioutr

Sooqr is planned for the Laioutr App Store. Once available, it will add a dedicated search and recommendation layer to the Personalization features of the Agentic Frontend Management Platform. Teams building consumer storefronts with the B2C Growth Kit can use Sooqr to unify search and discovery experiences across device types from a single indexed catalogue, reducing the engineering effort of maintaining separate search configurations per channel.
