Syrenis

What is Syrenis?

Syrenis is a consent and preference management platform that records and enforces individual data processing choices across digital touchpoints. It provides a centralised preference centre where users manage their consent decisions, and a backend that propagates those decisions to connected systems in real time. Organisations with complex consent requirements across multiple products, brands, or jurisdictions use it to maintain a consistent and auditable record of data subject choices.

How it works

Syrenis captures consent events through embeddable widgets and API calls from web and mobile applications. Each consent record is timestamped, versioned, and linked to a specific consent notice version, creating a complete audit trail for regulatory purposes. When a user updates a preference, Syrenis pushes that change to subscribed downstream systems using configurable webhooks or direct integrations. Reporting surfaces consent coverage rates and identifies contacts without valid consent records.

Syrenis with Laioutr

Syrenis is planned for the Laioutr App Store. Once available, it will integrate with the Composable Digital Experience Platform to enforce consent decisions at the frontend data collection layer. Teams that depend on the WCAG Ready accessibility features can use Syrenis to add a legally compliant preference management layer alongside those accessibility controls, addressing both user rights requirements from a single, coordinated configuration.
