What is Transcend?

Transcend is a privacy infrastructure platform that automates data subject rights fulfilment, consent enforcement, and data mapping across an organisation's technical stack. It provides a programmatic layer for handling access, deletion, portability, and opt-out requests at scale, reducing the manual coordination between privacy, engineering, and legal teams that these requests typically require. The platform maintains a data inventory that maps personal data to the systems where it resides.

How it works

Transcend integrates with data systems through a library of pre-built connectors and a custom integration framework. When a data subject request arrives through a branded privacy portal or API, Transcend routes the request to all connected systems that hold relevant data, coordinates the required actions, and assembles the response. Consent signals collected at the frontend are stored in Transcend's consent management layer and propagated to connected tools in real time.

Transcend with Laioutr

Transcend is planned for the Laioutr App Store. Once available, it will integrate with the Composable Digital Experience Platform to enforce consent and privacy controls at the frontend data collection layer. Teams relying on WCAG Ready features to meet accessibility requirements can extend Transcend alongside those controls to address data rights obligations in the same configuration context, without deploying separate consent and rights management infrastructure.
