How it works

It exposes communication channels via REST APIs, allowing applications to trigger outbound messages, handle inbound responses, and orchestrate multi-channel communication flows from a single integration point.

Twilio with Laioutr

Twilio is coming soon to the Laioutr App Store. Once available, it will connect to the Composable Digital Experience Platform to extend Content Management-driven communication triggers, and will support the Personalization capability for audience-segmented messaging across SMS, email, and other channels.
