What is Userbird?
Userbird is a lightweight in-product feedback collection tool that lets teams capture structured feedback from users at specific points in a digital experience, without redirecting users to external survey platforms. It presents feedback widgets contextually within the product interface, collecting ratings, written responses, and optional metadata about the page or feature the user was viewing. For teams building on the Agentic Frontend Management Platform, Userbird provides a direct signal layer from real users at the moment of interaction.
How it works
Userbird injects feedback prompts through a JavaScript widget that can be triggered by specific user actions, time-on-page thresholds, or manual editor configuration. Responses are collected with session context attached, allowing product teams to segment feedback by page, device, audience cohort, or Personalization variant. The data is exportable to analytics and CRM systems, closing the loop between qualitative feedback and quantitative behaviour signals already present in the B2C Growth Kit.
Userbird with Laioutr
Userbird is planned for the Laioutr App Store. Once available, feedback widgets will be configurable directly from the Laioutr editor interface, allowing marketing and product teams to place feedback prompts on any page without developer involvement. Responses will feed into the same audience data layer that drives Personalization, enabling teams to act on feedback signals within the same toolset they use to build and iterate the experience.
