What is Userled?

Userled is an account-based personalisation platform that enables teams to create tailored digital experiences for specific companies, industries, or buyer personas without rebuilding pages from scratch. It allows marketing teams to define content variants at the account or segment level and serve those variants through the existing frontend infrastructure, keeping Time-to-Market short for account-specific campaigns. For teams working within the Agentic Frontend Management Platform, Userled adds a structured account-targeting layer on top of existing personalisation logic.

How it works

Userled identifies visiting accounts through IP resolution and first-party data matching, then maps those accounts to pre-defined content variants or dynamic content rules. Variants are assembled using existing page components, so the design system remains the single source of truth for layout and brand compliance. The Personalization layer is account-aware, meaning a campaign targeting a specific industry segment can surface different messaging, case studies, or calls to action than the default page would show, all within the B2C Growth Kit workflow.

Userled with Laioutr

Userled is planned for the Laioutr App Store. Once available, account-level targeting rules defined in Userled will be consumable by Laioutr's frontend composition engine, enabling personalised experiences to be assembled from existing components without per-account page duplication. Teams will manage Personalization logic centrally while the Agentic Frontend Management Platform handles the rendering and delivery of each account-specific variant at the edge.
