UserReplay

What is UserReplay?

UserReplay is a customer experience analytics platform that captures complete user sessions, including every interaction, page transition, and network request, and makes that data queryable for product and engineering teams. It is designed to support both real-time monitoring and retrospective investigation, allowing teams to identify the exact sequence of events that led to a conversion drop, error, or abandonment. For teams managing storefronts through the Agentic Frontend Management Platform, UserReplay provides the observability layer that connects frontend behaviour to business outcomes.

How it works

UserReplay records sessions using a capture agent that serialises the DOM state at each user interaction, enabling full reconstruction of what any given user saw and did. Sessions are indexed by behavioural signals such as rage clicks, JavaScript errors, or incomplete checkout steps, enabling targeted investigation without reviewing entire session catalogues. The data integrates with Performance and Core Web Vitals reporting to correlate technical metrics with the actual user journeys that those metrics affect.

UserReplay with Laioutr

UserReplay is planned for the Laioutr App Store. Once available, session data captured by UserReplay will be surfaceable within the Laioutr platform, enabling teams to replay specific user journeys directly alongside the frontend component view. This closes the gap between the Agentic Frontend Management Platform's composition interface and the real user interactions those compositions produce, allowing faster, evidence-based iteration cycles.
