What is UserX?
UserX is a product analytics and session insight platform that combines funnel analysis, heatmaps, and session recordings to give teams a granular view of how users navigate and interact with digital products. It focuses on identifying friction points and drop-off patterns in multi-step flows such as checkout, onboarding, and registration. For teams using the Agentic Frontend Management Platform, UserX provides the interaction data layer that informs both component-level decisions and Performance and Core Web Vitals prioritisation.
How it works
UserX instruments pages through a capture script that records click, scroll, and input events without storing personally identifiable data. Funnel reports show completion rates at each step of a defined flow, and session recordings can be filtered to show only sessions where a specific step was abandoned. Heatmap overlays on the live page make it straightforward to verify whether layout changes introduced through the Agentic Frontend Management Platform have had the intended effect on user attention and interaction patterns.
UserX with Laioutr
UserX is planned for the Laioutr App Store. Once available, UserX interaction data will be consumable within the Laioutr platform's analytics view, enabling teams to track the impact of frontend changes on user behaviour without switching between tools. Funnel data will inform Performance and Core Web Vitals reporting cycles, giving teams a connected view of technical performance and behavioural outcomes for every deployed frontend configuration.
