UXtweak

What is UXtweak?

UXtweak is a user research platform that provides a broad set of moderated and unmoderated study types, including tree testing, card sorting, first-click tests, preference tests, and session recordings, within a single tool. It is designed for teams that need to run research at multiple stages of the design and content cycle without assembling a separate toolchain for each study type. For teams on the Agentic Frontend Management Platform, UXtweak provides the qualitative research layer that informs Personalization decisions before and after components go live.

How it works

UXtweak recruits participants from its own panel or accepts links distributed to a team's own user base, and study results are analysed within the platform's reporting module. Tree tests validate information architecture before new navigation structures are built; session recordings confirm whether implemented structures perform as the tree test predicted. This research loop maps directly to the Personalization iteration cycle, providing evidence for each variant decision rather than relying on intuition alone, and feeding into B2C Growth Kit optimisation rounds.

UXtweak with Laioutr

UXtweak is planned for the Laioutr App Store. Once available, research studies configured in UXtweak will be linkable to specific Laioutr page variants, enabling teams to validate Personalization hypotheses before committing to a configuration. Findings will surface in the Agentic Frontend Management Platform's optimisation workflow, so research outputs translate directly into component and content decisions without an additional handoff step.
