What is Voyado?
Voyado is a customer loyalty and marketing automation platform built specifically for retail and e-commerce, combining a loyalty programme engine, email and SMS marketing, and customer data management in a single platform. It is designed to give retail marketing teams control over the full customer lifecycle, from first acquisition through repeat purchase to churn prevention, without requiring separate tools for each stage. For teams building on a Composable Digital Experience Platform, Voyado provides the CRM and loyalty data layer that personalisation and content decisions can draw from.
How it works
Voyado stores customer profiles with purchase history, loyalty points balances, communication preferences, and segment memberships, and makes that data available to marketing automation workflows in real time. Email and SMS campaigns can be triggered by customer lifecycle events such as first purchase, points threshold, or inactivity period. Personalisation rules configured in the content layer can consume Voyado segment data through the integration API, enabling Content Management-driven pages to surface offers, recommendations, or messaging variants that reflect the current loyalty status of each visitor.
Voyado with Laioutr
Voyado is planned for the Laioutr App Store. Once available, loyalty and customer segment data from Voyado will feed directly into Laioutr's Personalization layer, enabling frontend components to display loyalty-relevant content without a custom middleware build. Teams managing retail content on the Composable Digital Experience Platform will be able to configure segment-based content rules that respond to Voyado loyalty events, keeping campaign content and loyalty mechanics in sync across all channels.
