Woopra

What is Woopra?

Woopra is a customer journey analytics platform that traces individual user paths across the full lifecycle, from the first anonymous visit through account creation, product adoption, and retention or churn. It builds a unified profile per user that aggregates behavioural events from web, mobile, and backend sources, making it possible to analyse sequences of actions rather than isolated page-level metrics. For teams using the Agentic Frontend Management Platform, Woopra provides the journey-level behavioural data that complements aggregate Performance and Core Web Vitals reporting.

How it works

Woopra ingests events from connected sources through a JavaScript tracker, mobile SDKs, and server-side API calls, and stitches them together per customer identity. Funnel and retention reports show where users drop off within defined journeys, and cohort analysis reveals how changes to the frontend affect the long-term retention of specific user segments. The data can be exported for use in personalisation systems, feeding audience segment definitions based on journey stage into the Agentic Frontend Management Platform's content targeting layer.

Woopra with Laioutr

Woopra is planned for the Laioutr App Store. Once available, journey event data from Woopra will connect to Laioutr's audience layer, enabling the Agentic Frontend Management Platform to use journey stage as a targeting signal when composing personalised page variants. Teams will be able to correlate frontend changes tracked through Performance and Core Web Vitals with Woopra's retention and engagement metrics, closing the loop between technical frontend decisions and long-term customer behaviour outcomes.
