Lever 5: clean up mobile checkout
Mobile checkout deserves its own design sprints. Form fields with the right keyboards, auto fill enabled, visible progress, clear error handling. Apple Pay and Google Pay as default options, not hidden. Done well, we see double digit conversion lifts.
